井式水蒸汽熱處理設備系周期作業電爐,爐罐內通入水蒸汽,供燒結成形的粉末冶金鐵基制品進行表面氧化處理,同時也可作為機械零件表面發黑處理。
本電阻爐由爐體、升降機構、攪拌風機、蒸汽鍋爐、溫控系統等組成。 爐體為圓形,由鋼板、型鋼焊作爐殼爐架,爐殼和耐火磚、保溫材料(陶瓷纖維)組成的爐襯,加熱元件放置在擱磚上,爐膛中用不銹鋼焊成的爐罐,爐蓋上裝有熱風循環系統。溫控系統由熱電偶、數顯式智能PID調節器和可控硅組成,形成閉環控制系統,可實現自動精確控溫。
Overview and Principles
Well-type vapor heat treatment equipment is batch type electric furnace, into which water steam will be sent for surficial oxidation on powdered metallurgic iron-based products generated by sintering, and simultaneously works as surface blackening treatment on mechanical parts.
This electric resistance furnace is consisted of furnace body, elevator mechanism, mixing fan, steaming generator, and temperature control system.
The furnace body is round. Its shell and frame are made and welded of steel plate and formed steel. The brusque is consisted of furnace shell, fire-resistance brick, and thermal holding material (ceramic fiber). Heating elements are set on bricks. Furnace adopts pot welded by stainless steel. And furnace cover is equipped with hot-air circulation system.
Temperature control system is equipped with thermocouple, digital-displaying type intelligent PID regulator, and controllable silicon, forming closed-loop control system, achieving precisely auto-controlling temperature.
